A Column for Mian Shabaz Sharif

Hi dear For your reading and comments,I wrote this column on Shabaz Sharif and it published on 01/04/08 in daily Din,lhr.As a reference i quoted in this column,the name of my friend Sajjad Bhutta,then joint secretary,Environment and later he was posted as DCO Lahore on 6th of April, a mere co-incidence,i think.
