CJ and Dhoke Kashmirian nullah

Since long people of Dhoke Kashmirian, Sixth Road, Rawalpindi have been facing severe problem of waste water. There is a nullah in the vicinity which has become a serious threat to the very existence of inhabitants of the area. Although local bodies representatives are trying their best to solve peoples' problems but they are quite unable to overcome this problem because it requires significant funds from the Government.
Recently Rawal Town Rawalpindi Nazim Rashid Shafiq allocated an amount of Rs. 4,30,000 for repair of this nullah, for which he alongwith other local body councillors is appreciated. However due to ill-planning the amount has been spent on patial repair of the nullah and some parts of the nullah have been left without any reason.
Through your esteemed newspaper we the people of Dhoke Kashmirian Service Road Rawalpindi request the Chief Justice ofPakistan to take urgent steps to save lives of thousands of people of this area. Whole nullah should be repaired without any discrimination. What a pitty that we are even unable to repair a very small nullah without any Sifarish from hi-ups.? Pakistan has entered a new era on July20,2007 after reinstatement of the CJP.Although repair of nullahs is exclusively a local problem but discrimination is preventing people to get their due right
