London--(P.R): Chairman Pakistan Tehreek-e-insaf, Mr Imran Khan met with the overseas delegation of MQM Haqiqi party in London.The MQM Haqiqi delegation included Mr. Faisal and Mr. Wasif.The delegation discussed and analysed the current state of affairs in Pakistan especially the situation in Karachi, the NAB investigations including the sugar crises and the disillusionment on how the present Government still has not defined a clear strategy to address internal issues in Pakistan. Both parties agreed that unless there is peace in Afghanistan, there will be no peace in the region and example is continued suicide bombings and unrest in our tribal areas.
MQM Haqiqi also gave an update on the number of their party members who have been killed by their opposition over a period of time. They said that more than 500 people have been a victim of target killings. They also spoke about the arrest of their party leaders who are still in jails even though their crimes have not been proven.Mr Imran Khan assured MQM Haqiqi that Pakistan Tehreek-e-insaf will stand up for Justice and will stand behind those against whom have been the target of injustice.
