Banjusa Lake - Rawala Kot - Azad Kashmir
I love nature, one of the famous lakes in Azad Kashmir is Banjosa lake rawalakot.
Banjosa lake is located 20 kilometers away from Rawalakot. It is at a height of at 1981 meters from sea level. Its beautiful and green surroundings are awesome and attracts everyone to go there and to enjoy the nature. This artificial lake also reflects the green forest standing along the surroundings.
Rawalpindi to RawlaKot is 65 km

Banjosa Lake situated in Poonch district of Azad Kashmir is a beautiful spot for family vacations. It's also very convenient and approachable from Rawalpindi/Islamabad. In fact from Rawalpindi (3 - 4 hour drive) you have to take the route towards Kahota and from there you have to go to Rawalakot in AJK. There are three routs of Rawalakot from Rawalpindi.
From Mangla towards Kotli and then Rawalakot which was quite good as far as road condition is concerned one track which i took my way back home was (Mirpur - Islamgarh - Chakswari - Rajhdani - Gulpur - Sensa - Sarsawa - Baloch - Tararkhal - Banjosa) whereas i went there using the route (Mirpur - Islamgarh - Chakswari - Gulpur - Kotli - Tatapani - Hajira - Khaigala - Banjosa).
